FC Bayern Academy UAE is officially licensed by FC Bayern München AG. The academy combines local expertise with FC Bayern’s football methodology, standards, and values to deliver high-quality youth development in Dubai.
Operating at Amity University Dubai and Swiss International Scientific School in Dubai, our academy gives young athletes access to high-quality training environments and a structured programme delivered under the FC Bayern licence.
Led locally by Academy Director Cherif-Elayoub Doghmane, the programme combines regional operational expertise with licensed FC Bayern technical standards. Our player pathway serves U5–U16, with Development Elite available for selected U10–U13 players.

Foundation Phase: Building movement, coordination, confidence, and a love for the game at U5–U6.
Player Development: Delivering structured, age-appropriate development throughout the complete U5–U16 pathway.
Development Elite: Providing an advanced pathway for selected U10–U13 players.

We believe ambitious players benefit from excellent environments. Maintained natural-grass surfaces, a 400m athletics track, and indoor conditioning facilities support age-appropriate training and long-term player development.
